Qualifications

• Experience in event planning and execution is required.
• Proficient in MS Office and database software.
• Experience leading a team in hospitality/event settings.

Responsibilities

• Host special events and lead a team of event hosts.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to create a seamless event experience.
• Build strong client relationships and exceed guest expectations.
• Review event reports and use feedback to improve guest satisfaction.
• Forecast events and schedule staff; coach and discipline according to HR guidelines.
