Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment seeks an experienced Event Operations Manager to lead event hosts, coordinate staff, and ensure flawless party execution. Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive guest satisfaction and oversee event setup, with a focus on hospitality excellence and team leadership across multiple venues.

You will manage scheduling, coordinate with Sales and Operations, and continuously improve processes through guest feedback, aiming for memorable experiences and repeat

Qualifications

1 Year+ of managementexperience.
2+ Years Banquet Captain
Bachelor’s degree required
Knowledge of F&B and hospitality industry
Event planning and execution experience
Proficiency in MS Office and database software
Knowledge of POS register systems

Responsibilities

Host special events; manage your team of event hosts; oversee all setup of appropriate areas.
Collaborate with Sales and Operations to create a seamless event experience and encourage repeat bookings.
Build personal connections with event contacts and ensure guests’ needs are exceeded.
Complete event reporting and use guest feedback to improve satisfaction.
