Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Event Operations Manager to lead a team of event hosts and oversee all event setup. You will coordinate with Sales staff and Operations to deliver seamless experiences for clients and guests, aiming for repeat bookings and high satisfaction.

Your role requires strong organizational and people skills, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as centers demand. A bachelor’s degree and hospitality knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 Year+ of Management Experience.
• 2+ Years Banquet Captain.
• Knowledge of F&B and Hospitality Industry.
• Broad Knowledge of/Experience in Event Planning and Execution.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software preferred.
• Knowledge of POS register systems.

Responsibilities

• Host special events; manage your team of event hosts; oversee all setup of appropriate areas.
• Work with Sales staff and Operations team to create a seamless event experience for guests.
• Make a personal connection with the event contact and ensure guests’ needs are exceeded.
• Ensure completion of all event reporting and use feedback to improve guest satisfaction.
• Forecast events and schedule event staff; counsel and discipline staff per HR policies.
• Be available for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
