Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring an Event Host to deliver outstanding guest experiences across live events at a single venue. You will gather event details, coordinate staff and timing, and help customize packages with enticing extensions to enhance the guest experience.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to guest service, and the ability to create memorable moments for guests during events, including basic guidance on scoring and safety.

Responsibilities

• Gather all essential info for events and staffing prior to an event’s start.
• Liaise with managers, chefs, and service staff regarding event timing and any special requests.
• Suggestively sell extensions to the pre-ordered event package (entertainment or food & beverage).
• Coordinate the setup of all tables/areas/supplies and manage the service of all food & beverage.
• Create a personal connection with the event contact and ensure guest needs are exceeded.
• Assist guests by helping program names into the scoring system and explain safety precautions.
