Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and relevant hospitality or operations experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of audio-visual experience is required.
• External applicants must complete all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Aufgaben

• Organizes daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs technicians' workflow and advises on operational efficiencies.
• Ensures flowsheets are updated and communications for event management are coordinated.
• Attends venue meetings and supports event operations.
• Provides excellent service and upholds Encore’s standards.
• Leads training for technicians on floor activities and standards.
• Manages equipment security, maintenance and inventory during events.
