Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations, focusing on customer service, staff leadership and development. You will directly guide the technical team to ensure efficient operations and exceptional client satisfaction in a dynamic venue environment.

The role requires 3-5 years in hospitality or events, 3-5 years in audio-visual work, and a willingness to complete required training within 60 days. A valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• External applicants must meet all training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet training and certification requirements as determined by Encore's Global Learning Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Direct the workflow of technicians and suggest operational efficiencies.
• Maintain accurate flowsheets and coordinate event communications.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold Encore Service Standards.
• Train technicians on floor activities and Encore standards.
• Lead security, storage and maintenance of equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
