Job summary

You will direct the technical team, coordinate with venue management, and ensure equipment is set up, running, and secured. This role requires AV experience, strong problem-solving, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of AV experience required.
• Must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.
• Valid driver’s license; may operate company vehicles.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs technicians' workflow and suggests operational efficiencies to venue management and Workforce.
• Ensures flowsheets are updated and properly completed.
• Establishes coordinated communications for event management.
• Attends venue meetings as needed.
