Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 4+ years in AV and hospitality with 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience leading workflow and teams.
• Knowledge of AV equipment in live shows.
• Proficient with computer hardware and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor activities of technicians to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Direct supervision including scheduling and timekeeping.
• Review quotes and advise on cost efficiencies; upsell onsite.
• Manage inventory control and equipment readiness.
• Participate in pre-production and client meetings as needed.
