Job summary

Encore is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead floor activities and technician workflows at a Las Vegas hotel/convention center. You will supervise scheduling, manage inventory and equipment, and collaborate with clients and hotel staff to ensure flawless service delivery.

You will mentor technicians, drive upselling opportunities, and attend essential pre-production meetings. The role requires AV expertise, strong leadership, and a client-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of audio visual and customer service/hospitality experience, including 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience leading workflow and teams; knowledge of live show AV environments.
• Proficiency with software, hardware, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily floor activities and technician workflow to meet client/hotel specifications.
• Supervise scheduling and timekeeping; oversee billing reviews with clients.
• Maintain inventory control, equipment sheets, and safety/quality standards.
• Attend BEO, Pre-Cons, and pre-production meetings as needed.
• Mentor staff to maximize client satisfaction and onsite upselling.
• Represent Encore professionally and ensure proper equipment setup onsite.
