Job summary

Encore Global seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations, focusing on customer service and staff development. Direct the technical team to ensure efficient event setup, operation, and teardown while maintaining Encore’s service standards.

On-site leadership requires hospitality experience, AV knowledge, and strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced venue environment. This role reports to Operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• Knowledge of technical theory.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading workflow and team members.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members operating Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities for timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs technicians' workflow and suggests operational efficiencies to venue management.
• Ensure flowsheets are updated and properly completed.
• Maintain communications for event management and attend venue meetings.
• Provide excellent service and exceed client expectations by upholding Encore’s standards.
• Train technicians on floor activities and Encore’s service standards.
• Mentor new hires and foster a positive work environment.
