Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking a Restaurant and Operations Manager to lead food & beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade operations across shifts. You will flex into any role as needed and build a team that delivers exceptional hospitality.

You will recruit, train, and schedule teams while managing labor, food cost, and inventory to meet daily financial targets. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends, is required to thrive in a high-volume center.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume operations.
• Demonstrated ability to drive food and beverage sales and build teams.
• Experience training and developing hourly leaders in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across food & beverage, bar, bowling, and arcade.
• Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, and guest engagement.
• Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams to meet company standards.
• Own labor management, food cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily targets.
• Support front- and back-of-house, resolve guest issues, and promote accountability.
• Ensure the center is guest-ready and operational on high-volume shifts.
