Job summary

Encore Global is looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations, focusing on customer service, staff development and efficient event execution. You will manage the technical team, ensure timely equipment setup and teardown, and uphold Encore’s standards on-site in a dynamic venue environment.

Based in Framingham, this role requires coordinating with venue management, training technicians, and maintaining strong client relations while delivering exceptional service throughout

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
3-5 year of audio-visual experience is required.
External applicants must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

Organizes the daily floor activities to ensure the timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
Directs technicians' workflow and suggests operational efficiencies.
Ensures flowsheets are updated and properly completed.
Maintains communication for event management and attends meetings as needed.
Trains technicians on floor activities and Encore standards.
Responsible for setup, operation, and breakdown of AV equipment; troubleshoots issues.
