Job summary

Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations, focusing on customer service, staff leadership, and development. The role directs the technical team to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction and may support on-site administration. This position reports to the DET, DOO, or Operations Manager.

The position requires coordinating equipment setup, maintaining safety, and mentoring new hires while upholding Encore’s standards and service excellence across events.

Qualifications

• External applicants must meet/validate and achieve/complete all training and certifications required for this position, within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet/complete all training and certification requirements as determined by Encore’s Global Learning Training Program in their current position, and for the position they are applying to.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs the workflow of technicians and suggests operational efficiencies to venue management and Workforce.
• Ensures flowsheets are updated and properly completed.
• Maintains excellent service and relationships with clients and guests on site.
• Assists in training technicians on floor activities and Encore’s service standards.
