Job summary

Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with a strong focus on customer service, staff leadership, and development. The role oversees the technical team to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction, and may support location admin duties for onsite operations and career development.

Responsibilities include managing daily floor activities, directing technicians, training staff on operational standards, and ensuring AV equipment functions correctly during events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3–5 year of audio-visual experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Organizes the daily floor activities to ensure the timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs the workflow of technicians and assists management with suggestions for operational efficiencies.
• Meets with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment setup is working properly.
• Takes part in training technicians on floor activities and Encore’s standards.
