Job summary

Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with a focus on customer service, staff leadership, and development. This role directs the technical team to ensure efficiency and guest satisfaction during events at hotel/convention venues.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• A valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor activities, ensuring timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Direct workflow of technicians and suggest operational efficiencies to venue management.
• Train technicians on floor activities and Encore standards.
• Manage setup, operation and breakdown of AV equipment; troubleshoot issues as they arise.
