Job summary

Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations, focusing on customer service, staff development, and operational efficiency. The role directs technicians, ensures equipment setup and maintenance, and participates in venue administration and career growth activities.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of customer service or hospitality experience and 3–5 years of AV experience, with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3–5 year of audio-visual experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• External applicants must meet all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities for timely setup, refresh, and removal of equipment.
• Directs the workflow of technicians and suggests operational efficiencies to venue management.
• Ensures flowsheets are updated and properly completed.
• Establishes coordinated communications for event management.
• Attends venue meetings as needed.
• Provides excellent service and upholds Encore’s Service Standards.
