Job summary

Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with a focus on customer service, staff leadership and development. The role directs the technical team to ensure operational efficiencies and high client satisfaction, with potential involvement in location administrative duties.

You will work to ensure equipment setup, event coordination, and adherence to Encore standards, while mentoring technicians and upholding safety and security policies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 year of audio-visual experience is required.
• Leadership experience with staff is valued.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs workflow of technicians and suggests operational improvements.
• Ensures flowsheets are updated and properly completed.
• Establishes coordinated communications for event management and attends venue meetings.
• Provides excellent service and upholds Encore service standards.
• Trains technicians on floor activities and Encore’s standards.
• Maintains equipment security, safety, and preventative maintenance.
• Leads security, storage, transport, and maintenance of equipment.
