Job summary

Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with focus on customer service, staff leadership, and development. This role Directs the technical team to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction, and may assist with location administrative duties for onsite operations.

The position reports to the DET, DOO, or Operations Manager and requires experience in hospitality, AV, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Organizes the daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs technician workflow and suggests operational efficiencies to venue management.
• Trains technicians on floor activities and adherence to Encore standards.
• Responsible for accurate setup, operation and breakdown of equipment.
• Troubleshoots issues and ensures security and maintenance of equipment.
