Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and relevant hospitality or operations experience.
• 3–5 years in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• 3–5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• Must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Organizes the daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs workflow of technicians and assists management with operational efficiencies.
• Ensures flowsheets are updated and properly completed.
• Works with team to establish coordinated communications for event management.
• Attends venue meetings as needed (e.g., daily banquet event order meetings).
