Job summary

Encore Global seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations, guide the technical team, and support onsite operations. You will ensure high-quality customer service, manage event setup, and uphold Encore standards.

You will train technicians, mentor new hires, and coordinate with venue staff to optimize workflows and safety. This role requires 3-5 years in hospitality/AV and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• External applicants must complete training/certifications within 60 days of start.
• Internal applicants follow Encore’s training program.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh, and removal of equipment.
• Direct technicians and suggest operational efficiencies to venue management.
• Train technicians on floor activities and Encore standards.
• Set up, operate, and break down AV equipment; troubleshoot issues quickly.
