Qualifications

• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• External applicants must meet training and certification within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet training and certification per Encore’s Learning Program.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities for setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs technicians and suggests operational improvements for efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Lead on event technology setup, operation and breakdown of AV equipment; perform troubleshooting.
