Job summary

Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor in King of Prussia, PA to lead floor operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and mentor the technical team during events. You will coordinate AV setup, oversee staff workflow, and collaborate with venue management to optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in customer service or hospitality, plus 3–5 years in AV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• Internal applicants must meet training and certification requirements as determined by Encore’s Global Learning Training Program.
• External applicants must meet training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Organizes the daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs the workflow of technicians and assists management with operational efficiencies.
• Ensures flowsheets are updated and properly completed.
• Establishes coordinated communications for event management.
• Attends venue meetings as needed.
