Job summary

Encore is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with focus on customer service, staff leadership, and development. You will directly supervise the technical team to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction during events.

The role includes participating in location administrative duties and supporting onsite operations, with potential for career development. Training and certifications must be completed within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• 3-5 years in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• Must meet training and certification requirements within 60 days.
• Valid driver’s license for team members operating company vehicles.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Organizes the daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs the workflow of technicians and suggests operational efficiencies to venue management.
• Ensures flowsheets are updated and properly completed.
• Establishes coordinated communications for event management.
• Attends venue meetings such as banquet event orders and pre/post conferences.
• Provides excellent service and maintains positive client relationships during events.
