Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years AV and hospitality/customer service experience including 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Experience leading workflow and team members.
• Working knowledge of AV equipment in a live show environment.
• Proficiency with computer hardware and software, including Internet and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and customer satisfaction focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily floor activities and technician workflow to meet client and hotel specifications.
• Supervise staff including scheduling and time-keeping; review client billing.
• Update equipment sheets and manage inventory with safety and quality in mind.
• Attend BEO, Pre-Cons, and pre-production meetings and delegate tasks as needed.
• Review quotes for cost efficiencies and mentor staff to maximize onsite revenue.
• Ensure excellent customer service and professional conduct consistent with standards.
