Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in customer service or hospitality settings is beneficial.
• 3–5 years of audio-visual experience required.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities for setup, refresh, and removal of equipment.
• Directs workflow of technicians and suggests operational efficiencies to venue management.
• Keeps flowsheets updated and communicates effectively with the team.
• Attends venue meetings and coordinates with staff and management.
• Responsible for accurate setup, operation, and breakdown of AV equipment.
