Encore Global, based in the United States, seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations with a focus on customer service, staff development, and AV event support. You will directly supervise the technical team to ensure efficient events and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 years audio-visual experience required.
• External applicants must meet all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet training and certification requirements as per Encore policy.
• Knowledge of technical theory and advanced problem-solving skills expected.
• Experience leading workflow and team members.

Responsabilités

• Organizes daily floor activities to ensure timely setup, refresh and removal of equipment.
• Directs technicians’ workflow and suggests operational efficiencies to venue management.
• Ensures flowsheets are updated and communications are coordinated for events.
• Attends venue meetings and supports onsite operations for events.
• Provides excellent service, maintains client relationships, and monitors guest needs.
• Trains technicians on floor activities and Encore service/operational standards.
• Leads security, storage, and maintenance of equipment; performs preventative maintenance.
