Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations, manage the technical team, and support onsite operations. The role emphasizes customer service, staff development, and ensuring equipment is functioning properly during events.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s or equivalent experience with 3-5 years in customer service/hospitality and AV experience. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• External applicants must meet and complete all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Organizes daily floor activities for timely setup, refresh, and removal of equipment.
• Directs the workflow of technicians and suggests operational efficiencies to venue management and Workforce.
• Train technicians on floor activities and Encore’s service and operational standards.
• Responsible for accurate setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate audiovisual equipment and troubleshoot issues.
