Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead floor operations, driving customer service excellence and staff development. You will supervise the technical team, manage event workflows, and support on-site administration to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes training, standards adherence, and hands-on AV equipment oversight, with a focus on safety and security during events at hotel and convention venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.

Responsibilities

• Organize daily floor activities for timely equipment setup, refresh, and removal.
• Direct workflow of technicians and assist management with labor scheduling.
• Coordinate crew scheduling with venue management and Workforce based on event needs.
• Ensure flowsheets are updated and communications are coordinated for events.
• Attend venue meetings and mentor new hires to promote service standards.
