Encore Global is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Charleston to lead floor operations, ensure superior customer service, and develop the technical staff. You will oversee AV setup, supervise technicians, and work with management on scheduling and event execution to deliver exceptional results.

The role emphasizes training, safety, and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting venue operations and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of audio-visual experience required.
• Internal/External training and certification requirements must be completed within specified timelines.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Organizes daily floor activities for timely setup, refresh, and removal of equipment.
• Directs technicians and assists management with labor needs and scheduling.
• Participates in crew scheduling with venue management and Workforce.
• Maintains flowsheets and coordinates event communications.
• Interacts with guests to ensure equipment works and needs are met.
• Mentors new hires and supports technician career development.
• Troubleshoots AV issues and ensures equipment security and maintenance.
