Hilton New Orleans Riverside is seeking an Event Manager to partner with clients in planning and detailing events, ensuring flawless execution and an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.

You will oversee event documentation, coordinate seamless transitions from Sales to service, and serve as the primary on-site contact to deliver memorable experiences that brighten each guest's stay.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing complex events from start to finish.
• Ability to maintain client relationships and manage expectations throughout the event lifecycle.
• Strong focus on driving revenue through upsell opportunities during events.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality events and ensure flawless execution as primary client contact on property.
• Identify upsell opportunities to increase contract value and guest satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients throughout the event lifecycle to drive repeat business.
• Guide team performance by communicating requirements and coaching for high-level service.
• Participate in client site visits and pre-event meetings to shape event solutions.
