The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple events, with a focus on hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality event services preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Sales, catering or banquets experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between sales and customer to ensure event success.
• Maximize revenue opportunities with upsell enhancements.
• Coordinate with sales and operations departments to execute event details.
• Forecast monthly food and beverage revenue and ensure billing accuracy.
