Hilton is seeking a Senior Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex events, delivering memorable experiences that elevate hospitality. You will serve as the primary on-property contact, manage client relationships, and guide team performance to ensure flawless events.

In this role, you will identify revenue opportunities and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues, driving excellence and guest satisfaction across the event lifecycle.

Formación

• Experience managing complex events and client relationships.
• Ability to identify revenue opportunities through upsell and value-add enhancements.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and direction of event teams.

Responsabilidades

• Execute complex events: manage documentation, ensure smooth transition from Sales to service, be primary client contact.
• Own the client relationship: build trust, proactively manage expectations, resolve issues.
• Maximize revenue opportunities: identify upsell opportunities and recommend enhancements to increase contract value.
• Guide team performance: communicate requirements, provide direction, and coach to ensure high-level service.
• Support leadership: step in for senior leaders and make informed decisions in challenging situations.
