Hilton is seeking a Senior Event Manager to oversee planning and execution of complex events, partnering with clients from contract through program completion. You will manage event documentation, coordinate transitions from Sales to service, and act as the primary on-property contact to ensure a flawless guest experience.

The role demands deep events industry knowledge, room block management, a fully flexible schedule, and a proactive, client-focused approach to delivering memorable hospitality

Responsabilités

• Execute complex events: manage documentation, ensure seamless transitions from Sales to service, serve as primary client contact on property.
• Own the client relationship: build trust, proactively manage expectations, resolve issues.
• Maximize revenue: identify upsell opportunities and enhance contract value.
• Guide team performance: provide direction and coaching for high-level service.
• Support leadership and decision-making: navigate challenges and make informed decisions.
