Hilton New Orleans is seeking an Event Concierge to brighten guests' stays by delivering memorable experiences from sales through execution. You will provide exceptional client service, coordinate logistics, and help ensure every event runs smoothly.

This on-site role involves coordinating site visits, preparing event documents, and supporting VIP services, with benefits common to Hilton hotels.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service: Respond to inquiries, manage calls and emails, and provide timely, professional support throughout the event planning process
• Support the sales process: Assist with client meetings and site inspections, and help deliver a seamless planning experience from proposal through execution
• Coordinate event logistics: Input and update event details in booking systems, coordinate site visits, and arrange VIP services
• Prepare and distribute documents: Create and share Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), group resumes, menus, diagrams, and post-event reports to ensure alignment across teams
• Stay organized and detail-focused: Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and maintain accurate records to support high-quality service and operational efficiency
