Responsibilities

• Meet guest needs and ensure contracts are updated.
• Take RFPs and convert them to closed won business.
• Conduct site tours as needed.
• Distribute paperwork for pop up parties and coordinate staffing.
• Provide admin support to Sales including post-sale follow-ups and contract updates.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and payments.
• Submit invoices and check requests as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date BEOs for each event.
• Pursue upsell opportunities after sale is closed won.
