Job summary

AEG is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Seattle, WA to drive marketing, social media, PR, and promotions for venues and shows. You will coordinate media plans, press requests, and newsletters while working with artists and the community to enhance brand image.

The role involves tracking trends, coordinating day-of-show activities, and managing online campaigns. A background in MS Office and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalency.
• 2–4 years of related work experience.
• Experience calendaring events.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and Photoshop).
• Basic accounting knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong PR skills, social media savvy, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains ad plans for AEG Presents shows, tours and festivals; coordinates media buying and Google campaigns.
• Create, preview and review press releases; coordinate distribution of press requests with publicist and serve as PR liaison.
• Monitor marketing trends regionally with artists and implement new strategies and campaigns.
• Help coordinate day-of-show activities including radio setups and media escorts.
• Create, proofread and distribute weekly newsletters; manage e-cards and blasts with AXS Advantage tool.
• Develop and manage social media accounts; collaborate with artists to promote shows.
• Monitor budget and provide reports on marketing costs.
• Maintain relationships with partners, co-promoters and media; organize artist promotions.
• May participate in hiring and training interns; handle expense uploads and office admin.
