Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring guest satisfaction and flawless events.

You will work on-site with clients, troubleshoot equipment, and complete required system entries and paperwork. The role reports to an Operations Manager or Director and may involve coordinating with vendors to ensure successful events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and strike basic audiovisual equipment as scheduled.
• Exceed customer expectations and maintain client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues promptly.
• Complete system entry, invoicing support, and Navigator entries.
