Job summary

Encore is seeking an AV Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting, ensuring guest satisfaction. You will work under the direction of the Operations Manager and coordinate with hotel staff to deliver flawless events.

Responsibilities include on-site equipment setup/breakdown, troubleshooting, and maintaining a positive client relationship. A valid driver’s license and prior hospitality or AV experience are preferred, with physical stamina for lifting up

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate company vehicles.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Additional DOT requirements may apply if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: setup, operation, and breakdown of basic AV equipment.
• Customer Service: exceed expectations and maintain positive client relationships.
• Technical Ability: troubleshoot and resolve equipment/software issues.
• Systems Knowledge: follow procedures and complete paperwork accurately.
• Invoices and orders: interact with clients to finalize invoices and enter orders.
