Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment as listed in the qualifications.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and effective communication with clients.
• Coordinate with staff and outside vendors for equipment and setup.
• Enter orders and complete paperwork in Navigator as needed.
