Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician in Anaheim, CA to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting, ensuring complete customer satisfaction. You will report to an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology and work on-site with clients to ensure equipment functions properly during events.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, the ability to troubleshoot simple AV and software issues, and accurate system entry.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for team members operating company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment in a hospitality environment.
• Exceed internal and external customer expectations and maintain client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues with a timely, professional approach.
• Complete system entry and paperwork accurately and use Navigator as needed.
• Interact with staff and vendors to coordinate equipment and finalize invoices.
