Job summary

Encore requires a technically capable Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hotel environment. You will ensure events run smoothly, assist guests on site, and handle invoices with accuracy.

You should bring 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience and AV familiarity, plus a valid driver’s license. The role involves physical work and on-call hours in a hotel/convention center setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Internal/External certification requirements must be completed within 60 days of start date.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred; 1 year of AV experience preferred.
