Job summary

Encore seeks a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hotel/convention center environment. You will ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring equipment and adjusting setups as needed, reporting issues promptly.

The role requires a High School Diploma (Associate’s degree preferred), at least 1 year of hospitality or AV experience, and a valid driver’s license. Expect irregular hours and travel to various venues as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Exceed internal and external customer expectations and maintain client relationships.
