Job summary

Encore is seeking an on-site Technician to set up, operate, and dismantle basic AV systems in a hospitality setting. You will meet with guests, ensure equipment works properly, and support client relationships throughout events.

The role emphasizes technical troubleshooting, adherence to procedures, and accurate documentation, with opportunities to up-sell services and collaborate with hotel staff and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment as listed in the qualifications.
• Exceed client expectations and maintain positive relationships with guests on site.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues and handle changes promptly and professionally.
• Follow company processes, complete paperwork accurately, and coordinate with clients and vendors to finalize invoices.
