Job summary

Encore Global is seeking an on-site AV Technician to set up, operate and tear down basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will ensure guest satisfaction, communicate effectively with clients, and support invoicing and equipment handling.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate's preferred) and prior AV or hospitality experience. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs are also expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in educational environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment as required.
• Interact with clients to exceed expectations and maintain positive relationships.
• Assist with invoicing and equipment inventory using Navigator.
