Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hotel/conference setting. You will ensure customer satisfaction, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate with clients on-site to meet their needs.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and 1 year of customer service/hospitality and AV experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license may be required depending on assignment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate company vehicles.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment as listed in qualifications.
• Ensure events run smoothly with timely setup and breakdown.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues.
• Interact with clients to ensure equipment meets needs and is functioning properly.
• Complete order entries in Navigator and assist with invoices.
