Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate company vehicles.
• External applicants must meet all training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet training and certification requirements per Encore policy.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown intermediate AV equipment accurately and timely.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Ensure compliance with all security and safety measures.
• Maintain equipment security from theft or damage while in use.
