Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required for positions that may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown intermediate audiovisual equipment accurately and promptly.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly; follow safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships on site.
