Encore Global seeks a Technical Lead to set up and operate AV systems for on-site hospitality events, ensuring client satisfaction. This role blends hands-on technical work with strong customer relations and coordination with venue staff.

You will mentor technicians, support service excellence, and manage equipment and invoicing across venues, thriving in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2-3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• 2-3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• External applicants must meet training and certifications within 60 days.
• Internal applicants must complete Encore training requirements.
• Valid driver’s license required for positions that may operate vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirements may apply.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Mansioni

• Setup, operation, and breakdown of intermediate AV equipment with accuracy and timeliness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide excellent service and exceed client expectations.
• Lead, mentor, and coach other Technicians in Encore’s service approach.
• Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works.
• Upsell with floor techniques and work with clients on invoices.
• Use Encore systems and applications for daily workflows.
