Encore Global is seeking an on-site Technical Lead to manage setup, operation and break down of audiovisual systems in hotel and convention center environments. You will troubleshoot issues, ensure guest satisfaction, and collaborate with clients and vendors to deliver expert service.

The role requires 2–3+ years in AV and hospitality, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will mentor other technicians and support Encore’s commitment to world-class service.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years in customer service or hospitality.
• 2–3+ years of audio-visual experience required.
• Valid driver's license where applicable.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, and breakdown AV equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve promptly.
• Provide excellent hospitality and client service on-site.
• Coordinate with hotel staff and vendors for equipment.
• Complete paperwork and summaries accurately.
