Job summary

Syfan Logistics in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the logistics operations team. Responsibilities

• Dispatch carriers by phone and computer in a professional manner.
• Manage load information including pickup and delivery times in the TMS.
• Track and communicate driver movements to shippers and receivers.
• Direct and resolve inbound calls from drivers to obtain status updates for on-time delivery.
• Update Carrier Sales and Customer Sales Reps on shipment delays or issues.
• Validate load data prior to delivery and request documentation as needed.
• Document all communications with carriers and customers in the TMS logs.
• Identify load issues and work with the team to implement solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.
